Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Klean99. By creating an account or booking a job, you agree to them.

What Klean99 is

Klean99 is a booking and dispatch platform for home cleaning services. Workers on Klean99 are employees of Klean99, not independent contractors you’re hiring directly. We control who’s on the roster, verify them before their first job, and can reassign or step in on any order at any time.

Accounts

Customers create their own account. Worker and admin accounts are created by Klean99 staff and issued to you directly. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

Booking and payment

When you book a job, you agree to pay the price shown at booking. Payment is processed through Stripe. You can cancel for free any time before a worker is assigned to your job. If you've already paid, cancelling refunds the full amount to your original payment method. Once a worker is assigned and confirmed, the booking is locked in so they can rely on the work.

Dispatch

We dispatch your job to the nearest available worker on our team. If no worker is available nearby, or a matched worker declines or doesn’t respond, Klean99 staff may assign a different worker, at any time and without needing your separate approval, to make sure your job gets covered.

Ratings

After a job, customers may rate and leave a comment on the worker who completed it. Ratings feed into our internal record of that worker’s performance and may affect who we assign in the future. Ratings are not published publicly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Klean99 for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Attempt to bypass dispatch to arrange payment or work directly with a worker outside the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against a worker or any other user.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service (e.g. attempting unauthorized access).

Disclaimer

Klean99 is provided “as is.” We work to vet and verify workers before their first job, but we don’t guarantee any particular outcome for a specific cleaning job. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right at our discretion, including offering a re-clean or a refund.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Klean99’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Termination

You can stop using Klean99 at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Klean99 is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
